Warranty will be effected day of handed over the apartment to the client. Our well qualified staff will be attended under
this coverage.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY – TEN YEARS

This coverage enables the warranty for all structures and any matters related to the structure will be attended by our
professional and well qualified staff.

WARRANTY FOR EQUIPMENT – ONE TO FIVE YEARS

Warranty is entitled for all the equipment such as the Lift ( Elevator ) , pumps, equipment, firefighting tools and
equipment etc.
