PROJECT REPORT

Building is under the construction and 65% work have been completed now under the direct supervision of our Architect
and Structural Chartered Engineer and other design team. We are committed to used high class building material for the
project since High Quality, Strength and smooth Finishing is our main concern to exceed our customer satisfaction. For
an example we used all Steel QT Bars from Ceylon Steel Corporation, Tokiyo Cement for masonry work and Ready mixed
from LHP for all slabs for Building Super Structure. Project is schedule to be completed by September 2019.

FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT AND THE PROJECT.

This is a 5 story apartment building having 1 apartment in each floor giving much more privacy and freedom to all
resident. Super view from all four corners and Colombo city view is something very special. Each apartment has –

1. Total Floor area including Balcony & Terrace – 1522 Sq. feet.
2. Balcony & Terrace area – 296 sq. feet.
3. Living and dining area.
4. 3 Bed room including 1 master bed room with attach bath room. Separate Balcony for each bed room.

enough with wind blowing cross the living area.
Main entrance and room doors – Fitted with class 1 timber.
Windows – Made of Rust proof powder coated Aluminum. (None Corrosive)
Bath room doors – Fitted with water proof PVC doors or aluminum door.
TV / Internet connection / telephone connection are provided to apartment.

One parking block reserved for each apartment.
Passenger lift provided to the building.
CCTV coverage for the building and Security coverage.
Garbage disposal area provided.
Standby Generator for common area.
Separate water and electricity meters for each apartment.
30 feet wide access road in front of the apartment and By the side 20 feet wide access road.
