One year defect liability period is effected as from day of apartment is handed over to the client.

SERVICES EXTENDED AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD.

Even after the defect liability period our maintenance team will be available and service and advice will be provided for
construction related matters at cost.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY FOR 10 YEARS

The structural warranty cover effected as of the day of purchase and handed over the apartment and any matters
related to structure will be attended by our professional and well qualified staff.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

All the warranties and guarantees issued for equipment will be check regularly to make sure full functionality.

DOCUMENT AVAILABLE FOR CLIENT REFERENCE

The document regarding the construction & other client document will be kept archived and this would be available for
2 year period for reference by client.
